随着计算机信息技术的快速发展,我国水电厂正向智能化方向转型.改变传统的检修模式,研究智能化的故障诊断检修系统是水电厂当前的重点工作之一.在简要介绍水力发电机组结构组成的基础上,分析了水力发电机组常见故障,并利用Visual C++8.0和SQL Server 2022等技术设计了机组故障诊断系统.该系统不仅提高了故障处理效率,而且降低了工作人员的作业量,对未来水力发电机组故障诊断系统的研究具有一定的借鉴意义.
Research on Fault Diagnosis System of Hydroelectric Generator Units
With the rapid development of computer information technology,China's hydropower plants are transforming towards the direction of intelligence. To change the traditional maintenance mode and study the intelligent fault diagnosis maintenance system is one of the key tasks of the hydropower plant. On the basis of a brief introduction to the structure and composition of hydroelectric generating units,this paper analyzes the common faults of hydroelectric generating units,and uses Visual C++8.0 and SQL Server 2022 and other technologies to design the unit fault diagnosis system. This system not only improves the efficiency of fault handling,but also reduces the workload of staff,which has certain reference significance for the research of future fault diagnosis systems for hydropower units.
