基于工业互联网的自动化生产线监控系统设计

针对传统自动化生产线存在的监控不足、故障报警不及时以及设备管理效率低、维护成本高等问题,提出了一种基于工业互联网的云平台远程监测系统的设计,通过订阅云平台主题服务,实现了自动化生产线设备数据的远程显示和控制.该设计不仅可以远程监测生产线运行参数,而且可以实现远程控制生产设备、实时监测生产数据和远程维护生产线的功能.该设计的优点在于建设成本低、实现难度低、运行稳定可靠且易于推广.利用现场设备采集的自动化生产线数据,可以实现对自动化生产线的远程可视化管理,进一步提升生产效率和降低维护成本.
Design of Monitoring System for Automatic Production Line Based on Industrial Internet
Aiming at the problems of insufficient monitoring,untimely fault alarm,low equipment management efficiency and high maintenance cost in traditional automated production lines,a design of remote monitoring system for cloud platform based on industrial Internet is proposed. By subscribing to the theme service of cloud platform,remote display and control of equipment data in automated production lines are realized. The design not only enables remote monitoring of production line operating parameters but also facilitates remote control of production equipment,real-time monitoring of production data,and remote maintenance of the production line. The advantages of the design are low construction cost,low implementation difficulty,stable and reliable operation,and easy promotion. By utilizing the data collected from on-site equipment,remote visual management of automated production lines can be achieved,further improving production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
