Research on Intelligent Interaction Model of Industrial Internet of Things
Network control system (NCS) is an automatic control system based on the industrial Internet of Things. According to traditional methods,data exchange between devices is carried out based on user pre configuration. Attempting to change traditional methods and achieve automation and intelligent data exchange of on-site equipment. Considering industrial field equipment as intelligent agents,network control systems can be classified as multi-agent systems. A unified intelligent interaction model for components such as sensors,actuators,and controllers has been proposed. Based on the multi-agent theory,a basic model,method,and application technology for intelligent interaction of network control systems have been constructed. The feasibility of intelligent interaction in industrial Internet of Things was verified through interactive experiments based on PPI communication. The use of intelligent interaction methods instead of traditional data exchange methods greatly improves the intelligence level of network control systems and is a beneficial exploration of intelligent technology for industrial control networks.
