变电站刀闸断开时易产生弧光和高温,影响控制能效.为解决该问题,设计了一种基于单片机的变电站刀闸电机驱动自动控制方法.该方法先实时监测刀闸温度,完成变电站刀闸状态监测,然后监测驱动电机运行位置,构建控制模型以自动调整电机运行.当位置偏差时,单片机会自动发送控制信号给电机驱动器,确保刀闸准确到位.实验结果表明,此自动化控制方法能效比超过85%,能够有效实现控制.
Automatic Control Method for Substation Switch Motor Drive Based on SCM
When the substation switch is disconnected,it is easy to produce arc light and high temperature,which affects the control energy efficiency. To solve this problem,an automatic control method based on SCM is designed. This method first monitors the temperature of the switch in real time,completes the state monitoring of the substation switch,then monitors the running position of the drive motor,and constructs a control model to automatically adjust the operation of the motor. When the position deviation,the SCM will automatically send the control signal to the motor driver to ensure that the switch is in place. The experimental results show that the energy efficiency ratio of this automatic control method is more than 85%,and it can effectively achieve the control.
