Automatic Calibration System for Volumetric Calibration of Automotive Oil Tankers
This paper introduces the design and implementation of a volume calibration system for automotive oil tank trucks based on electrical automation technology.The system utilizes advanced sensors and PLC programming technology to automatically obtain the volume information of the oil tank truck and perform accurate volume calibration.By connecting to the database system,it is possible to obtain and store calibration data in real-time,and generate detailed volumetric tables.The design of this system considers safety,reliability,and ease of use,which can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of oil tank volume calibration.This research result has important application value in the field of tank truck volume calibration,providing new ideas and methods for improving the automation level and accuracy of the calibration process.
