摘要
分布式山地光伏项目的施工过程管理是一个复杂的任务,涉及施工计划制定、资材管理、人力资源调配等工作.因此,深入研究和探索分布式山地光伏项目施工过程管理的方法和经验具有重要的理论和实践意义.结合某地100 MW光伏基地项目现场管理,简要介绍了分布式山地光伏项目在施工管理过程中的要点及相关经验.
Abstract
The construction process management of distributed mountain photovoltaic projects is a complex task that involves multiple aspects such as construction plan formulation,material management,and human resource allocation.Therefore,in-depth research and exploration of methods and experiences for the construction process management of distributed mountain photovoltaic projects have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the on-site management of a 100 MW photovoltaic base project in a certain area,this paper briefly introduces the key points and relevant experiences of distributed mountain photovoltaic projects in the construction management process.
