PLC是一种可编程控制器,其是基于现代的管理环境及社会生产等开发的新型技术.作为能进行远程操控的自动化控制装置系统,其可有效优化电气自动化系统中的逻辑运算,灵活控制电气工程中的关键设备.从PLC的工作原理和电气自动化控制系统的应用入手,分析了PLC技术在提高电气自动化系统运行效率中的作用,并提出了相应的优化策略.以理论分析和系统设计的方式,展示PLC技术如何在不同的工业环境中应用,如何对系统进行优化设计.在优化PLC的配置和控制逻辑下,电气自动化控制系统的性能和可靠性能够有效提升,进而提高工业自动化的整体效率和智能化水平.
Research on Optimization of Electrical Automation Control System Based on PLC Control Technology
PLC is a programmable controller,which is a new technology based on modern management environment and social production.As an automatic control device system capable of remote control,it can effectively optimize the logic operation in the electrical automation system and flexibly control the key equipment in electrical engineering.Starting from the working principle of PLC and the application of electrical automation control system,this paper analyzes the role of PLC technology in improving the operation efficiency of electrical automation system,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.By means of theoretical analysis and system design,this paper shows how PLC technology is applied in different industrial environments and how to optimize the design of the system.Under the optimization of PLC configuration and control logic,the performance and reliability of electrical automation control system can be effectively improved,and then the overall efficiency and intelligent level of industrial automation can be improved.
