摘要
煤矿机电的自动化应用是智能矿山建设的重要环节.从煤矿的采煤过程、运输环节、监测预警和操作管理系统4个方面分析了自动化在煤矿机电中的创新应用,并分析了传感器、信号传输技术、模型与算法分析和自动化设备等在上述系统中的作用.构建了智能化采煤系统、自动化运输系统、智能化监测与预警系统和远程操作与管理系统,并分析了相应的操作流程,对煤矿机电的自动化应用具有一定的指导作用.
Abstract
The automation application of coal mine electromechanical is an important link in the construction of intelligent mine.This paper analyzes the innovative application of automation in coal mine electromechanical system from four aspects of coal mining process,transportation link,monitoring and early warning and operation management system,and analyzes the role of sensors,signal transmission technology,model and algorithm analysis and automation equipment in the above system.The intelligent coal mining system,automatic transportation system,intelligent monitoring and early warning system and remote operation and management system are constructed and the corresponding operation process is analyzed,which has a certain guiding role for the automation application of coal mine electromechanical.
