双碳目标下电力工业工程低碳转型路径策略研究

通过分析我国电力工业2015年—2021年的发展现状、面临的挑战(如高煤电比重、碳排放量和电网稳定性问题)及其适应性,提出几种转型策略,包括优化能源结构、增加清洁能源比例、关闭低效率高排放火电厂、发展智能电网技术以及加速低碳减排技术的研发和应用。通过实施这些策略,构建高效、可持续、低碳的电力工业体系,旨在探索我国电力工业在"双碳"目标(即2030年实现"碳达峰"和2060年实现"碳中和")背景下的低碳转型路径和策略。结果表明,实现低碳转型是复杂而漫长的过程,需要政府、企业和社会的共同努力。
Research on Low-Carbon Transformation Path Strategy of Electric Power Industry Engineering Under Dual Carbon Target
By analyzing the current development status,challenges faced by China's electricpower industry from 2015 to 2021(such as high proportion of coal-fired power,carbon emissions,and grid stability issues)and their adaptability,several transformation strategies are proposed,including optimizing energy structure,increasing the proportion of clean energy,closing low efficiency and high emission thermal power plants,developing smart grid technology,and accelerating the research and application of low-carbon emission reduction technologies.By implementing these strategies,we can build an efficient,sustainable,and low-carbon electricpower industry system,aiming to explore the low-carbon transformation path and strategies of China's power industry in the context of the"dual carbon"goals(i.e.achieving"carbon peak"by 2030 and"carbon neutrality"by 2060).The results indicate that achieving low-carbon transformation is a complex and lengthy process that requires joint efforts from the government,enterprises,and society.
