摘要

首先对金属结构进行了应力测试,分析了起重机日常运行维护的重要性,其次总结了现阶段桥式起重机金属结构应力测试的方法,包括电阻式应力测试法、光纤测应变法、测力传感器法和射线法,最后结合具体实例分析了电阻式应力测试法在具体桥式起重机金属结构应力测试中的应用要点,以供参考.

Abstract

This paper first conducts stress testing on metal structures,analyzes the importance of daily operation and maintenance of cranes,and then summarizes the current methods of stress testing on metal structures of bridge cranes,including resistance stress testing,fiber optic strain testing,force sensor method,and line of sight method.Combined with specific examples,the application points of resistance stress testing method in specific stress testing of metal structures of bridge cranes are analyzed for reference.
