变电站施工中GIS设备安装调试技术研究

GIS设备的推广应用对提高变电站的安全性和可靠性,实现变电站布局的灵活多样化,降低运行维护成本,保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要意义。但GIS设备在变电站施工安装过程中还存在接地防护不到位、安装流程不规范、调试验收不充分、专业人才匮乏等突出问题,在一定程度上影响了GIS设备安装质量和使用效能的发挥。在分析GIS设备应用优势的基础上,重点剖析了GIS设备安装中存在的问题,并从加强接地防护、规范安装流程、强化调试验收、加大人才培养等方面提出了行之有效的对策建议,以期为全面提升GIS设备安装管理水平、充分发挥GIS设备效能以及促进电网安全高效运行提供参考和借鉴。
Research on Installation and Commissioning Technology of GIS Equipment in Substation Construction
The promotion and application of GIS equipment is of great significance for improving the safety and reliability of substations,achieving flexible and diversified layout of substations,reducing operation and maintenance costs,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.However,there are still prominent issues with inadequate grounding protection,non-standard installation processes,insufficient commissioning and acceptance,and a shortage of professional talents inconstruction and installation process of GIS equipment in substations,which to some extent affect the quality and effectiveness of GIS equipment installation.On the basis of analyzing the advantages of GIS equipment application,this paper focuses on analyzing the problemsof GIS equipment installation,and proposes effective countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening grounding protection,standardizing installation processes,strengthening debugging and acceptance,and increasing talent cultivation.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for comprehensively improving the level of GIS equipment installation management,fully leveraging the efficiency of GIS equipment,and promoting safe and efficient operation of power grids.
