With the continuous promotion of the"digital"transformation of power grid enterprises,the digital training methods of county companies are an urgent issue that needs to be explored.This paper is based on the branch task of digital training in the digital construction of Lintong Company,exploring new ways of digital training for county companies,proposing clear training models and ideas,and constructing a replicable and promotable training system,effectively improving the company's management efficiency and talent cultivation,contributing to the realization of digital transformation for all employees.
