Research on Optimization Strategies for Power Marketing Engineering Project Management
In order to improve the efficiency and success rate of project implementation and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,the research is mainly focused on the flexibility of management decision-making,the effectiveness of communication,the rationality of resource allocation and the management and control of management decision-making risk.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the existing management practice,a series of optimization strategies are put forward,including ensuring the flexibility of management decision,actively doing a good job in management decision communication,improving resource allocation and strengthening the risk management and control of management decision.The results show that the implementation of these strategies can effectively improve the management quality of power marketing engineering project,ensure the smooth realization of project objectives,and provide strong strategic support for power marketing engineering project management.
