Research on Progress Management of Non-Standard Automation Equipment Manufacturing Projects Based on Critical Chain
Non-standard automation equipment projects have the characteristics of a large number of tasks and complex processes,and traditional progress management methods cannot effectively solve the problem of project delays.Based on the critical chain,schedule management considers resource relevance and uncertainty,which can better optimize and control project schedules.This paper first elaborates on the basic concept of critical chain,analyzes the current situation of progress management in non-standard equipment projects,and then proposes specific application points in such projects,such as determining critical chain,processing time buffer,project tracking,etc.,in order to provide guidance for industry progress management.
