在当今竞争激烈的市场环境下,作为国民经济的重要支柱产业,电力企业承担保障国家能源安全和经济发展的重要责任.在该背景下,电力企业的绩效管理尤为重要,其直接关系企业的竞争力、发展潜力和可持续性.作为提升员工素质和激发员工潜力的重要手段,人力资源开发对电力企业绩效管理的影响备受关注.

Abstract

In today's highly competitive market environment,as an important pillar industry of the national economy,power enterprises undertake the important responsibility of ensuring national energy security and economic development.In this context,the performance management of power enterprises is particularly important,which is directly related to the competitiveness,development potential and sustainability of enterprises.As important means to improve the quality of employees and stimulate their potential,the impact of human resource development on performance management of power enterprises has attracted much attention.
