摘要

背压不稳定对煤耗有较大影响,造成锅炉热负荷与电负荷不匹配,但实际煤质未发生变化,而煤质校正回路会强制使得锅炉负荷与电负荷一致,导致煤水比失调.结合超超临界的间冷机组对煤质校正回路进行了优化,消除了背压变化对煤质校正的影响.

Abstract

Unstable back pressure has a significant impact on coal consumption,causing a mismatch between boiler heat load and electrical load,but the actual coal quality has not changed.However,the coal quality correction circuit will force the boiler load to be consistent with the electrical load,resulting in an imbalance of coal water ratio.The coal quality correction circuit was optimized by combining ultra supercritical intercooling units,eliminating the influence of back pressure changes on coal quality correction.
