摘要

电力电缆中间接头是电缆线路中的薄弱环节,其故障会严重影响供电可靠性.通过分析中间接头故障产生原因,找出制作工艺中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施,对于提高电缆线路安全运行水平具有重要意义.总结了电缆中间接头的常见故障模式,剖析了设计选型、安装制作、运行维护等环节存在的突出问题,在此基础上从优化接头设计、规范施工工艺、加强故障诊断、完善运维管理等方面提出了切实可行的完善对策,以期为供电企业精细化管理电缆接头、降低故障率提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

The intermediate joint of power cable is a weak link in the cable line,and its failure can seriously affect the reliability of power supply.By analyzing the causes of intermediate joint failures,identifying the problems in the manufacturing process,and proposing corresponding improvement measures,it is of great significance to improve the safe operation level of cable lines.This paper summarizes the common failure modes of cable intermediate joints,analyzes the prominent problems in design selection,installation and production,operation and maintenance,and proposes practical and feasible improvement measures from the aspects of optimizing joint design,standardizing construction technology,strengthening fault diagnosis,and improving operation and maintenance management.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for power supply enterprises to finely manage cable joints and reduce failure rates.
