摘要

为把控电缆附件制作质量,提高电缆附件图纸审查的准确率与电缆附件制作质量检测,构建了智能电缆附件质量控制系统.该系统分为数字化工艺库系统模块、智能无人化检测模块、电缆接头缺陷检测模块,通过引入人工智能技术、图象识别技术实现智能化操作.其中,数字工艺系统模块可以提高电缆附件图纸审查效率,而智能无人化检测模块充分利用了人工智能技术,可以完成电缆附件制作智能流程操作,严格把控电缆附件制作工艺质量.

Abstract

In order to control the quality of cable accessory production,improve the accuracy of cable accessory drawing review and cable accessory production quality inspection,an intelligent cable accessory quality control system has been constructed.The system is divided into a digital process library system module,an intelligent unmanned detection module,and a cable joint defect detection module.It achieves intelligent operation by introducing artificial intelligence technology and image recognition technology.Among them,the digital process system module can improve the efficiency of cable accessory drawing review,while the intelligent unmanned detection module fully utilizes artificial intelligence technology to complete the intelligent process operation of cable accessory production and strictly control the quality of cable accessory production technology.
