Practical Exploration of Digital Twin Technology in Substation Inspection Robot System
With the development of industrial robot technology,the inspection work of substations has also entered the era of intelligence.By combining augmented reality(AR)and artificial intelligence(AI)technologies,traditional robot inspection methods have been innovated,improving inspection efficiency and accuracy.In addition,the"end-to-end cloud network intelligence"system architecture has been adopted,integrating advanced technologies such as digital twins and virtual real fusion,to create a four legged intelligent robot specifically designed for cold northern regions.This robot is based on digital twin technology,which can accurately understand and respond to the actual situation on site,effectively cope with harsh environments such as ice and snow cover and slippery roads,significantly improve the inspection accuracy of substation equipment and the work efficiency of the robot,while reducing resource waste.
