某涡桨发动机试车台高精度同步测试系统设计

摘要
针对某型涡桨发动机试车台数据采集设备种类多、通道数量达1 000通道、第三方系统通信复杂、同步精度要求高等数据采集、处理难点,开展了测试系统数据同步设计和软硬件集成设计.系统建设后,在试车台对系统的采样率和同步精度两个关键指标进行了现场测试.测试结果表明,系统整体采样率达到100 Hz,数据同步精度达到25 μs.系统已随发动机试验运行2 000 h以上,软硬件功能正常、运行稳定可靠,能较好地满足发动机快速采集的测试需求,可推广到同类型试验台测试系统建设.
Abstract
A testing system data synchronization design and software and hardware integration design were carried out to address the difficulties of data acquisition and processing for a certain type of turboprop engine test bench,which has multiple types of data acquisition equipment,a total of 1 000 channels,complex third-party system communication,and high synchronization accuracy requirements.After the system construction,two key indicators of the system,sampling rate and synchronization accuracy,were tested on-site on the test bench.The test results indicate that the overall sampling rate of the system reaches 100 Hz,and the data synchronization accuracy reaches 25 μs.The system has been running with the engine test for more than 2 000 hours,with normal software and hardware functions,stable and reliable operation,and can better meet the testing needs of rapid engine acquisition.It can be promoted to the construction of testing systems for similar test benches.
