In order to control the reaction temperature of Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)reactor of automotive diesel engine and reduce NOx emission in diesel vehicle exhaust gas.A temperature control system of SCR reactor for automotive diesel engine is designed based on phase change heat storage device.The system uses the characteristics of phase change heat storage material to ab-sorb and release heat in the working process to realize the precise control of SCR reactor temperature.The results of simulation experi-ments show that the research system can maintain almost 100%temperature control effect at 100 ℃,and work for 12 h,and the dura-bility of the system is about 99.5%.Under the working condition of 300 ℃,the temperature of the research system will fluctuate by 5-10 ℃,and it will continue to work for 12 h,and the durability of the system is about 97%.The temperature rise from 100 ℃ to 350 ℃ and the temperature drop from 580 ℃ to 350 ℃ took about 3.2 min and 1.6 min respectively.The results show that the phase-change heat storage device can achieve rapid temperature response and stable temperature control,which provides a good condition for the reliable operation of SCR reactor for automotive diesel engine.And the temperature control system has lower energy consump-tion and higher durability,which provides a feasible solution for the effective purification of vehicle exhaust and environmental protec-tion.
