电动汽车充电系统建模与安全性分析研究

针对电动汽车无线充电技术因电磁兼容导致充电系统性能恶化和造成人体辐射危害的问题,结合感应耦合能量传输系统的原理,对电动汽车充电系统进行建模和安全性分析.首先,通过二端口网络模型对电动汽车输电特性进行计算;然后进行充电系统耦合机构的线圈结构选型和建模;最后基于耦合线圈的屏蔽原理和电磁环境对人体的影响机理,全面分析屏蔽条件下无线充电系统电磁兼容性.仿真结果表明,采用CST软件场路协同仿真功能可实现二端口网络的仿真分析,获取了输出功率为6kW,输出效率为90%以上的无线充电系统.系统验证发现,提出的方法可提升系统性能和人体辐射的安全性,从而使得系统达到辐射标准限值.
Modeling and safety analysis of ev charging system
In view of the deterioration of the performance of ev wireless charging technology due to electromagnetic compatibility,the model and safety analysis of the ev charging system based on the principle of induction coupling energy transmission system.First-ly,the transmission characteristics of electric vehicles are calculated through the two-port network model;then the coil structure of the coupling mechanism of the charging system is selected and led;finally,the electromagnetic compatibility of the shielding coil and the electromagnetic environment on the human body.The simulation results show that the simulation analysis of the two-segment port network can be realized by using the cooperative simulation function of CST software,obtaining the wireless charging system with out-put power of 6kW and output efficiency of more than 90%.The system verification found that the proposed method can improve the system performance and the safety of human radiation,so that the system can reach the radiation standard limit.
