摘要

设计基于时空自编码网络的水力发电站机组状态视频监控系统,有效监控水力发电站机组状态,实现水力发电站机组管理.通过数据采集模块的数字摄像头采集水力发电站机组状态视频和图像,同时利用数字温湿度传感器采集温度和湿度数据;将采集的全部数据传输至无线通信模块,该模块集多种通讯方式于一体,以Modbus通讯协议为基础,将采集数据发送智能诊断模块;在智能诊断模块采用时空卷积自编码网络,对机组状态视频监控数据实施时空块处理,经训练后得出重构误差,依据重构误差的规则分数,判断机组状态,实现机组状态监控,并向应用模块发送机组状态监控结果;应用模块可在终端设备上查看水力发电站机组状态监控数据,实现水力发电站机组状态监测.实验结果表明:该系统在不同温度下的通讯速率均保持稳定;采用时空自编码网络可准确监控出水力发电站机组状态;该系统设计界面清晰简洁,且功能齐全,水力发电站运维管理人员在客户端可实时查询水力发电站机组状态视频监控数据,实现水力发电站机组管理.

Abstract

a video monitoring system for the status of hydroelectric power plant units is designed based on spatiotemporal self cod-ing network,effectively monitoring the status of hydroelectric power plant units and achieving unit management.Collect status videos and images of hydroelectric power plant units through digital cameras in the data acquisition module,and use digital temperature and humidity sensors to collect temperature and humidity data;Transmit all collected data to the wireless communication module,which integrates multiple communication methods and is based on the Modbus communication protocol to send the collected data to the intel-ligent diagnostic module;In the intelligent diagnosis module,a spatiotemporal convolutional self coding network is used to perform spatiotemporal block processing on the video monitoring-data of the unit status.After training,the reconstruction error is obtained,and based on the rule score of the reconstruction error,the unit status is judged to achieve unit status monitoring,and the unit status monitoring results are sent to the application module;The application module can view the monitoring data of the hydroelectric power station unit status on the terminal device,achieving the monitoring of the hydroelectric power station unit status.The experimental re-sults show that the communication rate of the system remains stable at different temperatures;The use of spatiotemporal self coding networks can accurately monitor the status of hydroelectric power plant units;The system design interface is clear and concise,and the functions are complete.The operation and maintenance management personnel of the hydropower station can query the real-time video monitoring data of the hydropower station unit status on the client,achieving the management of the hydropower station unit.
