基于实物ID的智能工器具出入库技术研究

工器具的出入库技术直接影响实物的利用效果.为提高工器具实物的利用率和管理质量,研究基于射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术构建实物ID,对其进行智能化管理.以电力企业的实物工具管理为例,设计实物的RFID电子标签,同时利用分组帧时隙算法来对其进行防碰撞优化,实现相关实物的出入库智能化管理.实验结果显示,研究提出的方法识别率最高达到94%.因此,该方法可以有效实现电力企业实物工具的智能化管理和工器具的出入库效率,提高实物的周转和使用效率,实现资源的最大化利用.
Intelligent Tool Warehousing Technology Based on Physical ID
The entry and exit technology of tools and instruments directly affects the utilization effect of physical objects.To im-prove the utilization rate and management quality of physical tools and instruments,research is conducted on the construction of physi-cal IDs based on RFID technology and intelligent management of them.Taking the management of physical tools in power enterprises as an example,RFID electronic tags for physical objects is designed,and utilizes grouping frame time slot algorithm is used to opti-mize collision prevention,to achieve intelligent management of related physical objects in and out of storage.The experimental results show that the proposed method has a maximum recognition rate of 94%.Therefore,this method can effectively achieve the intelligent management of physical tools and the efficiency of tool entry and exit in power enterprises,improve the turnover and utilization effi-ciency of physical objects,and achieve the maximum utilization of resources.
