In order to improve reliability and feasibility of frequency converter in industry application,and decrease cost,easy to maintain and customize,a kind of compact high performance frequency converter cabinet design was introduced.The main circuit components type choosing,cabinet structure design,arc prevention and EMC design innovation points were analysed in detail.The series product has passed Low Voltage Directive and Electro Magnetic Compatibility Directive type tests and all products running stab-ly in customer pilots projects.The idea of design optimization and influence analysis can give reference for frequency converter cabinet development.
