摘要

腔镜器械构造特殊,容易留下残留病菌.为了能实时监测腔镜器械灭菌效果,通过RF算法建立相应的灭菌效果检测模型,通过ATP荧光检测等方法清洗腔镜器械,利用细菌培养法评价分类灭菌效果.利用RF算法提取样本数据特征,以及识别和监测灭菌效果.结果表明,运用RF算法的实验组监测误差、时间开销、ATP含量明显低于对照组,实验组监测误差低于0.20%.文章实现了腔镜器械灭菌效果的自动监测.

Abstract

Endoscopic instruments have special structure,and the cleaning and disinfection effect is not easy to complete.In or-der to monitor the sterilization effect of the endoscopic instruments in real time,this paper establishes the corresponding sterilization effect detection model through RF algorithm,cleans the endoscopic instruments through ATP fluorescence detection and other meth-ods,and evaluates the classified sterilization effect by bacterial culture method.RF algorithm is used to extract sample data features,and identify and monitor sterilization effect.The results showed that the monitoring error,time cost,ATP content and postoperative infection rate of the experimental group using RF algorithm were significantly lower than those of the control group.The monitoring er-ror of the experimental group was less than 0.20%,and the postoperative infection rate was as low as 0.00%.The article realizes the automatic monitoring of the sterilization effect of endoscopic instruments.
