Programmable logic controllers mainly control various mechanical equipment and their production processes through digital or analog input and output.In automatic production and processing systems,the power electrical automation system plays a crucial role.In response to the problems of low control accuracy and poor control effect of traditional programmable logic controllers in power electrical automation systems,genetic algorithm optimization of Programmable Logic Controller technology is studied,and a new control method is proposed based on this to control CNC machine tools in power electrical automation systems.The experimental results show that the control accuracy of the proposed control method is as high as 0.95,the control time is shortened to 1.1 minutes,and the control error is maintained below 0.3.In summary,the proposed control method has good control performance and can ensure the normal operation of the power electrical automation system.
