基于SOPC电导率测量方法研究与实现

传统的电极性传感器对水溶液电导率测量方法忽视了电导池中的电容效应,从而导致了测量精度不高.针对这个问题,提出了基于SOPC电导率测量系统,使用选频电导率测量方法,硬件系统使用SOPC系统,此系统是整个测量系统的核心.系统还设计了方波激励信号发生器、信号放大电路、量程切换电路等硬件电路,不但能够减小极间电阻的影响,同时也能排除引线电容对电导率测量的影响.测试结果表明,此系统电导率相对误差可以达到0.5%以下,并且还具有成本低、抗干扰能力强和在线升级的优点.
Research and implementation of conductivity measurement method based on SOPC
The traditional measurement method of conductivity of aqueous solution with electrode sensor ignores the capacitance effect in the conductivity cell,which leads to low measurement accuracy.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a conductivity measurement system based on SOPC,using frequency selective conductivity measurement method,and the hardware system uses SOPC system.This system is the core of the whole measurement system.The system also designs hardware circuits such as square wave excitation signal generator,signal amplification circuit and range switching circuit,which can not only reduce the influence of inter electrode resistance,but also eliminate the influence of lead capacitance on conductivity measurement.The test results show that the relative error of conductivity of the system can be less than 0.5%,and it also has the advantages of low cost,strong anti-interfer-ence ability and on-line upgrading,and has strong practical value.
