Design of H-Bridge Converter based on CoolMOS Transistor
Switching power supply is one of the most widely used power electronic devices at present,and power switch is its core.With the deepening of power electronics research,a series of high-performance power electronic switching devices have e-merged.the new power switch represented by CoolMOS has the characteristics of excellent conversion speed,switching speed and low on-resistance.Therefore,the design of related converters based on CoolMOS has become a research hotspot.In this paper,firstly,the structure and characteristics of CoolMOS are briefly analyzed,which lays an important foundation for the design of the converter.Secondly,the main circuit and control circuit of the whole converter model are designed,and the pulse width modulation technology is used to control the H bridge.Then carries on the simulation design,uses the PWM technology combined with the bridge arm cur-rent feedback link to carry on the current closed-loop control,integrates into the current controller,as the control circuit of H-bridge,obtains the output waveform signal which meets the requirements after operation,which proves the correctness and feasibility of this design.
