针对引信装定器测试的可视性、便捷性、准确性的需要,设计了一种用于引信装定器测试的监测控制系统.以STM32为主控芯片,利用电源模块、电压电流监测保护模块、通信模块等模块,实现对引信装定器电源适配性、引信装定性能以及装定器工作性能的监测控制;其中并设计了一款上位机软件针对引信装定器适用于不同场景的性能测试.通过试验测试对比引信装定器测试数据结果,结果表明:验证了所设计的系统用于引信装定器测试的有效性,并且满足了引信装定器测试的可视性、便捷性、准确性的需要.
Design of Monitoring and Control System for Fuze Setter Testing Based on STM32
Based on the needs of visibility,convenience,and accuracy in the testing of a certain fuze setter,a monitoring and control system for fuze setter testing was designed.Using STM32 as the main control chip and utilizing modules such as power supply module,voltage and current monitoring and protection module,communication module,etc.,to achieve monitoring and control of the power adaptability,fuze setting performance,and working performance of the setter;And designed an upper computer software for performance testing of fuse setters suitable for different scenarios.By comparing the test data of the fuse setter through experimental testing,the results show that the designed system has been validated for the effectiveness of fuse setter testing,and meets the needs of visibility,convenience,and accuracy in fuse setter testing.
