摘要

针对净水厂存在的加药量偏差大,加药效率低和自动化程度低等问题,设计一种基于PLC控制的自动化加药系统.介绍加药系统的控制工作原理通过专家经验设定调控投药量范围,并结合西门子s7-1200PLC的硬件和人机交互对加药系统进行设计.对比实验结果表明,PLC加药系统混凝效果良好,实现加药系统对加药量自动调控和实时监控.

Abstract

In order to address the issues of large dosing deviations,low dosing efficiency,and low level of automation in water treatment plants,a PLC-controlled automated dosing system is designed.The control principle of the dosing system is based on expert experience,setting the dosage range for regulation,and combining it with the hardware of Siemens S7-1200 PLC and HMI for the de-sign of the dosing system.The experimental comparison results show that the coagulation effect of the PLC dosing system is good,a-chieving automatic control and real-time monitoring of the dosing amount by the dosing system.
