当前对于洪涝灾害条件下的配电网安全风险评估方法主要采用云模型计算,该方法易受到系统电压越限的影响,使得评估准确率较低.沃茨.提出洪涝灾害下新型配电网安全风险评估方法设计.从洪涝灾害前、灾中和灾后三个角度选取能够表征电网系统运行状态的风险评估指标,建立评估指标体系,在静态与动态两个维度计算各指标的隶属度函数,根据评判集与指标集确定指标综合权重,以此为依据,结合指标可信度原理,计算系统电压越限概率,进而求取配电网风险值,明确安全风险等级.仿真实验结果表明,所提方法对于洪涝灾害下的配电网安全风险评估具有更高的评估准确率.
Design of new distribution network security risk assessment method under flood disaster
At present,cloud model is often used to calculate the operation risk of new distribution network under the background of flood disaster,which is vulnerable to the impact of system voltage out-of-limit,making the assessment accuracy low.Watts.The design of new distribution network security risk assessment method under flood disaster is proposed.Select the risk assessment indica-tors that can represent the operation status of the power grid system from three angles before,during and after the flood disaster,estab-lish the assessment indicator system,calculate the membership function of each indicator in the static and dynamic dimensions,based on the system risk evaluation set vector and index set vector,the overall weight of each index in the criterion layer is calculated.On this basis,the voltage threshold probability of the power system is determined based on the reliability principle of the index,so as to obtain the comprehensive safety risk score.The comparison experiment results show that the designed method can achieve higher eval-uation accuracy for the new distribution network security risk under flood disaster.
