The Application of PSO-DE Algorithm Based on Mathematical Modeling in Robot Intelligent Picking Process
With the development of internet technology,online e-commerce has developed rapidly.To better implement the picking of commodity orders in intelligent warehousing systems and improve picking efficiency,an intelligent mathematical model for building picking robots based on particle swarm optimization algorithm and dual coding method is studied.In response to the problems in the implementation process of particle swarm optimization algorithm,a cross algorithm is introduced to improve it.The experimental results show that the F1 value of the dual encoding intelligent robot picking algorithm based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed in the study is 0.925 on the training set,which is significantly higher than other methods.This indicates that the intelligent robot picking mathematical model can better achieve the picking efficiency of goods orders in intelligent warehousing sys-tems,comprehensively improve the processing ability of goods orders,and achieve optimal utilization of resources.
