弹载角速度测量传感器量程调节电路设计

角速率的精准测量是实现弹药制导化改造的重要手段.针对市面上常见的角速度陀螺仪量程与弹体旋转角速率无法匹配的问题,通过运算放大器对角速度陀螺仪的输出电压进行线性放大以适应性匹配弹体旋转角速率.利用高速飞行仿真转台对设计电路进行试验论证,试验结果表明:设计的传感器量程调节电路正确,在正负满量程测试条件下,角速率测量绝对误差在15°左右,该设计方法具备一定的工程应用价值.
Design of Range Adjustment Circuit for Ballistic Angular Rate Measurement Sensor
Accurate measurement of angular rate is an important means to realize the transformation of munition guidance.In view of the problem that the range of the common angular velocity gyroscope on the market can not be matched with the angular rate of rota-tion of the projectile,the output voltage of the angular velocity gyroscope is linearly amplified by an operational amplifier in order to adaptively match the angular rate of rotation of the projectile.Using high-speed flight simulation turntable on the design circuit for test demonstration,the test results show that:the designed sensor range adjustment circuit is correct,in the positive and negative full-scale test conditions,the absolute error of angular rate measurement is about 15 °,the design method has a certain value of engineer-ing applications.
