摘要

传统结晶器物理模拟实验的自动化程度较低,并且在采集数据过程中,数据的实时显示、分类存储以及查找方面存在缺陷.本研究基于西门子S7-1200设计一套结晶器物理模拟实验平台.该平台由物理模拟系统、液位控制系统以及数据采集系统构成,可以实现实验设备的自动化控制、实时实验数据的可视化显示、历史实验数据的按条件查找以及导出功能.并通过物理模拟和数值模拟对该系统的功能进行实验验证.结果显示该系统能够实现液位的自动控制,且采集到的实验数据准确.

Abstract

The traditional mold physical simulation experiment has low automatization degree,and has some defects in real-time display,classified storage and data searching.Based on Siemens S7-1200,we designed a set of platform for mold physical simulation experiment.The platform consists of a physical simulation system,a liquid level control system and a data acquisition system.It can realize automatic control of experimental equipment,visual display of real-time experimental data,conditional search and export of historical experimental data.We used physical simulation and numerical simulation to test the function of the system.The results show that the system can realize the automatic control of liquid level,and the experimental data collected are accurate.
