SAW温度传感器信号FPGA自适应滤波处理

针对目前声表面波(SAW)温度传感器测温精度受噪声干扰影响很大,设计了基于Artix7系列的XC7A35T硬件处理传感器回波信号测试系统.为获得优质回波信号数据以提高测温精度,基于自适应滤波原理,以FPGA为核心把LMS自适应算法集成到硬件电路中,将无线测试系统接收端电路的信号进行自适应滤波处理,对滤波后的信号进行FFT频谱分析,并通过软件抓取测试结果.经验证该系统可以有效抑制干扰信号,对精准测温起到重要作用.
Signal processing of SAW temperature sensor based on FPGA
Considering that the temperature measurement accuracy of surface acoustic wave(SAW)temperature sensor is greatly affected by noise interference,a hardware processing sensor echo signal test system based on FPGA is designed.In order to obtain high quality echo signal data and improve temperature measurement accuracy,based on the principle of adaptive filtering,the LMS a-daptive algorithm is integrated into the hardware circuit with FPGA as the core,the signal of the receiving end of the wireless test sys-tem is processed by adaptive filtering,the filtered signal is analyzed by FFT spectrum,and the test results are captured by software.It is proved that the system can effectively suppress the interference signal and play an important role in accurate temperature measure-ment.
