Design and Application Research of PLC Master Controller for Wind Power Machinery Automation Control System
In order to realize the safe operation of wind turbine under unattended condition,a PLC master controller for wind power machinery automation control system is designed using the domestic master controller chip,and the application effect is ana-lyzed.The results show that the maximum redundancy switching time of CPU is 37.6ms and the shortest is 4ms.The maximum re-sponse time of the system is 8ms and the shortest is 5ms.In summary,the PLC master can realize the efficient and reliable control of each subsystem of the wind turbine in the unattended environment.The redundant switching time of the central processor and the sys-tem response time of the PLC master are shorter,and the PLC master has better performance.In the process of starting and stopping,the target curve of the motor torque is exactly the same as the actual curve,and the response of the main control system is fast and sensitive,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the main control system of wind turbine.The research system provides some technical support for the automatic management of wind power machinery.
