基于PLC的护理呼吸机消毒灭菌自动控制系统设计

随着医疗卫生的发展,护理呼吸机的消毒灭菌获得关注.但该设备的应用人群过多,人力控制的方法显然落后.为了解决这个问题,此次研究在可编程控制器中添加增幅设备,并将比例积分微分自动控制算法与其融合.为了降低杂质峰的生成概率,研究在可编程控制器上添加二岔树规则;同时在比例积分微分时引入极限梯度提升进程,用以增强消毒灭菌信息的鲁棒性.最后,研究将该混合系统在Nurven数据集上进行实验,并与人工鱼群等另外三种系统进行比较.相同环境下,四个系统处理的护理呼吸机最终的细菌浓度分别为0.2/mL、0.8/mL、1.0/mL和1.5*103/mL;针对不同环境,研究进行了 50次实验,混合系统的实验结果均优于广义预测控制系统.实验结果表明,研究提出的混合系统对护理呼吸机的消毒灭菌效果最优,适于保持医疗设备的卫生.
Design of a PLC based automatic control system for disinfection and sterilization of nursing ventilators
With the development of medical and health care,disinfection and sterilization based on nursing ventilator has attrac-ted attention.However,the application crowd of this equipment is too large,and the method of manpower control is obviously back-ward.In order to solve this problem,this research adds an amplification device to the programmable controller and integrates the pro-portional integral differential automatic control algorithm with it.In order to reduce the probability of impurity peak generation,the bi-nary tree rule is added to the programmable controller.At the same time,the limit gradient lifting process is introduced in the propor-tional integral differential to enhance the robustness of disinfection and sterilization information.Finally,the hybrid system is tested on Nurven data set and compared with other three systems,such as artificial fish school.In the same environment,the final bacterial concentrations of the four systems were 0.2,0.8,1.0 and 1.5*103/ml,respectively.According to different environments,50 ex-periments have been carried out,and the experimental results of hybrid system are better than those of generalized predictive control system.The experimental results show that the hybrid system proposed in this study has the best disinfection and sterilization effect on nursing ventilators,and is suitable for maintaining the hygiene of medical equipment.
