Twin Grain Boundary Mechanical Properties and Hydrogen Diffusion Analysis
In order to analyze the mechanical properties of the twin grain boundary and the diffusion law of hydrogen atoms and the influencing factors,an elastic constitutive model of the twin crystal was established,and the effects of loading load,grain orienta-tion and material properties on the mechanical field and hydrogen diffusion of the twin grain boundary were analyzed.The results show that the stress difference and the hydrogen concentration difference at the grain boundary are promoted by the loading load;with the increase of the crystal orientation difference,the stress difference and the hydrogen concentration difference at the grain boundary in-crease in turn;at the grain boundary β titanium alloy The stress difference and hydrogen concentration difference of α are higher than those of α-titanium alloy.
