针对耕地非农化转变类型多变,监测分析难度大,准确度低的问题,提出了以卫星遥感监测数据为依据,通过轻量化数据样本学习的自动化模拟分析系统.首先将耕地非农化转变类型进行梳理,以对象化变化以及场景化变化分为8类,建立了相应的分类体系.对于数据样本的采集以土地变更调查数据库为基础依据,以保证数据采集可靠有效.通过建立轻量化的深度学习样本体系,建立模拟分析模型.经过实例验证,自动化模拟分析系统相比人工判读以及外业核查的方式,模拟分析系统的速度更快,精度更高,同时具备更好的适用性.
Automated Simulation and Analysis System for Nonagricultural Conversion of Cultivated Land Based on Satellite Monitoring Data
In response to the diverse types of nonagricultural transformation of cultivated land,high difficulty in monitoring and a-nalysis,and low accuracy,an automated simulation analysis system based on satellite remote sensing monitoring data and learned through lightweight data samples is proposed.Firstly,the types of non agricultural transformation of cultivated land were sorted out and classified into 8 categories based on objectification and scenario based changes,and corresponding classification systems were es-tablished.The collection of data samples is based on the Land Change Survey Database to ensure reliable and effective data collec-tion.Establish a simulation analysis model by establishing a lightweight deep learning sample system.After practical verification,the automated simulation analysis system has faster monitoring and analysis speed,higher accuracy,and better applicability compared to manual interpretation and field verification methods.
