基于智能一次设备构架的自动化模块变电站设计研究

随着科学技术与互联网的发展,变电站逐渐趋于智能化和自动化,对传统变电站的升级已是不可逆转的趋势.研究依据国家规定和行业相关要求,基于一次设备对变母线,断路器和主接线等进行规划选型,利用自动化模块技术设计了智能变电站,并对其进行仿真验证.测试结果表明,自动化模块变电站选择的一次设备绝缘性能良好,且断路器具有较强的断弧能力.自动化模块智能变电站平均故障率为1.78%,传统变电站平均故障率为3.98%,自动化模块智能变电站有效地降低变电站的故障率,提高变电站的安全性.在工程造价方面,自动化模块智能变电站比传统变电站动态投资和静态投资分别节约了 567和582万元.以上结果说明基于智能一次设备构架自动化模块设计的变电站故障发生概率较低,安全性较高,在建设变电站领域具备较好的实用性和经济性.
Research on the design of automatic modular substation based on intelligent primary equipment framework
With the development of science and technology and the Internet,substations gradually tend to be intelligent and auto-mated,and the upgrading of traditional substations has become an irreversible trend.According to the national regulations and the rel-evant requirements of the industry,the transformer bus,circuit breaker and main wiring are planned and selected based on the prima-ry equipment,and the intelligent substation is designed by using the automation module.technology,and it is verified by simulation.The test results show that the primary equipment selected by the automation module substation has good insulation performance,and the circuit breaker has strong arc breaking ability.The average failure rate of intelligent substation of automation module is 1.78%,and the average failure rate of traditional substation is 3.98%.The intelligent substation of automation module effectively reduces the failure rate of substation and improves the safety of substation.In terms of project cost,the automation module smart substation has saved 5.67 million yuan and 5.82 million yuan respectively than the traditional substation dynamic investment and static investment.The above results show that the substation failure design based on the intelligent primary equipment architecture automation module has low probability,high safety,and has good practicability and economy in the field of substation construction.
