新型全自动高效客运索道救援设备控制系统设计

客运索道作为一种游乐设施,深受游客所喜爱,当客运索道发生故障而停止运行时,为了能够低成本且高效率将被困游客转移到安全位置,需要新开发一种新型客运索道救援设备.另外,为了能够使该救援设备能够运行更加安全灵活有效,提出了一种新型全自动高效客运索道救援设备的控制系统.首先,根据救援设备可连续和快速救援的特性,并结合客运索道特点,设计出新型全自动客运索道救援设备整体方案;其次,结合救援设备可完成爬坡、跨越吊椅、跨越支架、四轮同步行走于缆绳及调速等功能,设计出救援设备控制系统;最后,通过现场对样机进行试验调试,分别通过四行走轮同步测试、爬坡行走测试、跨越吊椅以及跨越支架测试进行验证,该控制系统均能很好地控制救援设备完成救援步骤.研究结果表明:相比于老式救援方式,结合该救援设备控制系统能使设备救援更加自动高效、安全和灵活性,满足未来客运索道救援发展需要.
Design of the Control System for a New Type of Fully Automatic and Efficient Passenger Ropeway Rescue Equipment
As a recreational facility,passenger ropeways are deeply loved by tourists.When a passenger ropeway malfunctions and stops operating,in order to low-cost and efficient transfer trapped tourists to a safe location,compared to old-fashioned rescue methods,a new type of passenger ropeway rescue equipment needs to be developed.In addition,in order to enable the rescue equip-ment to operate more safely,flexibly,and effectively,a new automatic and efficient control system for passenger ropeway rescue e-quipment has been proposed.Firstly,based on the characteristics of continuous and rapid rescue equipment,and combined with the characteristics of passenger ropeways,a new fully automatic passenger ropeway rescue equipment overall plan is designed.Secondly,combined with rescue equipment,it can perform functions such as climbing,crossing hanging chairs,crossing brackets,four wheels synchronous walking on cables,and speed regulation,and design a rescue equipment control system.Finally,through on-site testing and debugging of the prototype,it was verified through synchronous testing of four walking wheels,climbing walking tests,crossing hanging chairs,and crossing brackets.The control system can effectively control the rescue equipment to complete the rescue steps.The research results indicate that compared to old-fashioned rescue methods,combining this rescue equipment control system can make equipment rescue more automatic,efficient,safe,and flexible,meeting the needs of future passenger ropeway rescue develop-ment.
