Optimization for routes in port water under the influence of wind farms
In view of the particularity of wind farms and port water, ships sailing in the port water under the influence of wind farms will face greater risk of water traffic accidents. The optimization of routes can effectively improve the safety of ships sailing in the water. At present, there is a lack of some research on the evaluation of routes in port water under the influence of wind farms. The pa-per combined the influence of wind farms and the characteristics of port water, and analyzed the main factors that were affecting the e-valuation of routes. The influence of the wind farms were taken as the one-leve indicator. The traditional wind and flow indicators were improved by defining that pushing the ships to wind farms was worse, pushing the ship off the wind farms was better. An evalua-tion index system including 14 second-level indicators was established, and the subjective and objective weights were calculated by BWM-CRITIC method that was reducing the adverse bias caused by the subjective assignment. The degree of intercorrelation between the multiple properties of the TOPSIS model was quantified by the grey association method. The TOPSIS-GRA model was established to comprehensively evaluate the routes in port water under the influence of wind farms. Finally, taking the Rushan Port as an exam-ple,the routes in Rushan Port water under the influence of wind farms were optimized and evaluated.Compared with the results, the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation method are verified.
