基于离线计算引擎的工业数据计算方法

针对目前工业数据计算过程中时序数据无法高效计算的问题,研究提出了一种基于离线计算引擎的工业数据计算方法.该计算方法包含规则引擎、智能分析系统等,可随时对工业生产中的时序数据进行采集分析.对该计算方法进行性能测试发现,其在电力企业的数据计算中的数据准确率、耗时以及资源消耗分别为97.9%、1.9 s、59.6 Mb,显著优于基于数据编排的工业数据计算方法以及基于深度学习的工业数据计算方法.上述结果说明,研究提出的基于离线计算引擎的工业数据计算方法的整体性能优于对比算法.同时,此次研究还结合了实际应用场景,说明了该方法在实际应用中的效果和价值,也进一步说明其对于工业数据计算领域的发展具有一定的推动作用.
Industrial data calculation method based on off-line computing engine
Aiming at the problem that time series data cannot be calculated efficiently in the process of industrial data calculation,a method of industrial data calculation based on off-line computing engine is proposed.The calculation method includes rule engine and intelligent analysis system,which can collect and analyze time series data in industrial production at any time.The performance test of this calculation method shows that the data accuracy,time consuming and resource consumption in the data calculation of electric power enterprises are 97.9%,1.9s and 59.6Mb respectively,which is significantly better than the industrial data calculation method based on data orchestration and the industrial data calculation method based on deep learning.The above results show that the overall performance of the industrial data calculation method based on off-line computing engine is better than that of the comparison algorithm.At the same time,the study also combined with the practical application scenario,to illustrate the effect and value of the method in practical applica-tion,and further show that it has a certain role in promoting the development of industrial data computing field.
