为提高车间生产效率和满足舱段自动化运输及数据可视化水平,提出一种基于MCGS与PLC的舱段搬运装备控制系统设计方法.首先讲述装备整体系统构成和控制系统结构组成,然后重点提出控制系统软硬件组态,并采用博途TIA软件对西门子S7-1200系列PLC进行核心程序编程设计及结合MCGS触摸屏为人机界面进行多窗口界面组态的工程方法,最后通过一系列装备试运行试验对控制系统与触摸屏功能进行试验仿真,验证该设计可以实现车间舱段运输自动化及数据可视化需求,同时能够提高舱段转运和生产效率,具有较高推广应用价值.
Design of control system for cabin handling equipment based on MCGS and PLC
In order to improve the production efficiency of workshop and meet the level of automatic transportation and data visu-alization of cabin,a design method of cabin handling equipment control system based on MCGS and PLC is proposed in this paper.First of all,the overall system composition of the equipment and the structure of the control system are described,and then the hard-ware and software configuration of the control system is put forward,and the engineering method of core programming design of Sie-mens S7-1200 series PLC with Boto TIA software and multi-window interface configuration of man-machine interface combined with MCGS touch screen is adopted.Finally,through a series of equipment trial run tests,the control system and touch screen function are simulated,and it is verified that the design can realize the automation and data visualization requirements of workshop cabin transpor-tation,and can improve the cabin transfer and production efficiency,which has high popularization and application value.
