随着在空气净化器行业快速发展的过程中,人们对于生活质量的要求越来越高,固然对空气净化器的要求也越来越高,近年来,移动空气净化机器人颇受大众喜爱,不仅对室内空气起到一定的净化作用,还可以对室内空气进行气体含量实时检测,基于此原因,设计了 一个多功能空气净化机器人,所使用的耗材是一种可净化空气的环保材料,主要以PET纤维作为材料.机器人的滤网采用3G过滤技术,由七层过滤层组成,控制系统由高速FPGA系统ARM单片机控制,基于SLAM技术实现机器人的自主导航和定位.通过PID控制算法实现机器人的准确移动和精确定位.软件系统使用ROS架构编程:包括底层驱动程序、传感器数据采集与处理模块、算法与控制系统模块和用户界面模块.机器人还搭配有空气质量检测传感器,可实现对空气中有害物质的定位追踪和精准净化.
Second-hand smoke air purification robot design
With the rapid development of the air purifier industry,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life,although the requirements for air purifiers are also higher and higher,in recent years,mobile air purification robots are popular with the public,not only play a certain purification role in indoor air,but also real-time detection of indoor air gas content,based on this reason,A multi-functional air purification robot is designed.The consumable used is a kind of environmentally friendly material which can purify the air.PET fiber is the main material.The filter screen of the robot adopts 3G filtering technology and consists of seven filter layers.The control system is controlled by high-speed FPGA system ARM single-chip microcomputer.The autonomous navigation and positioning of the robot is realized based on SLAM technology.The robot can move and position accurately by PID con-trol algorithm.The software system is programmed using ROS architecture,which includes underlying driver programs,sensor data acquisition and processing modules,algorithm and control system modules,and user interface modules.The robot is also equipped with air quality detection sensors,which can achieve precise tracking and purification of harmful substances in the air.
