深部煤巷条带防突效果精准双重评价方法

深部地应力在煤巷突出的致灾作用更加凸显是不可忽视的重要因素,为实现深部煤巷条带区域防突效果的精准评价,煤巷条带防突效果须同时从地应力因素和瓦斯因素进行双重评价.研究分析了深部煤巷突出典型案例,精准地将煤巷条带划分为一般危险正常区和严重危险异常区;基于膨胀变形量和参与瓦斯含量,引入应力集中系数k,提出了采用等效膨胀变形量和残余瓦斯含量分别对地应力及瓦斯卸压防突效果进行精准评价,并进行了工程应用.应用表明:地应力指标、瓦斯指标及验证指标钻屑量S值、K1值均不超标,该方法可实现煤巷条带区域地应力、瓦斯的双重精准评价.
Accurate Dual Evaluation Method for Outburst Prevention Effect of Deep Coal Road Strip
The disaster causing effect of deep geostress on coal roadway outburst is more prominent,which is an important factor that can not be ignored.In order to achieve accurate evaluation of outburst prevention effect in deep coal roadway strip area,the out-burst prevention effect of coal roadway strip must be double evaluated from both geostress factors and gas factors.The typical cases of deep coal roadway outburst are studied and analyzed,and the coal roadway strip is accurately divided into general dangerous normal area and serious dangerous abnormal area.Based on the expansion deformation and gas content,the stress concentration coefficient k is introduced,and the equivalent expansion deformation and residual gas content are proposed to accurately evaluate the ground stress and gas pressure relief and outburst prevention effects respectively,and the engineering application is carried out.The application shows that the in-situ stress index,gas index and verification index of drill cuttings S value and K,value are all within the standard.This method can realize double accurate evaluation of in-situ stress and gas in coal road strip area.
