摘要

为满足天然气能量计量的需求,在分析研究GB/T 28766《天然气分析系统性能评价》的基础上,探讨了使用GB/T 18603《天然气计量系统技术要求》中的A级计量系统物性参数的要求作为天然气分析系统评价结果的判定依据,并以示例说明评价过程.在总结了示例的评价结果后,给出开展天然气分析系统性能评价3条指导性建议:一是蒙特卡洛不确定度评定参数应该选择组分;二是评价判定依据使用GB/T 18603中的A级计量系统中压缩因子和高位发热量的最大允许误差;三是评价使用的标准气体应该结合分析的实际.

Abstract

In order to meet the demand for natural gas energy measurement,this article analyzes and studies GB/T 28766"Per-formance Evaluation of Natural Gas Analysis Systems",and explores the use of the requirements for A-level measurement system physical parameters in GB/T 18603"Technical requirements of measuring systems for natural gas"as the basis for determining the e-valuation results,and illustrates the evaluation process with examples.After summarizing the evaluation results of the examples,three guiding suggestions are given for conducting performance evaluation of natural gas analysis systems.Firstly,the Monte Carlo uncer-tainty evaluation parameters should choose components.Secondly,the evaluation criteria should be based on the maximum allowable error of compression factor and high heat generation in the A-level measurement system in GB/T 18603.Thirdly,the standard gas used for evaluation should be combined with the actual analysis.
