摘要
高炉煤气中的硫化物对输送管道有腐蚀,并且排放时污染环境,为了安全,为了达到大气污染物排放标准,高炉煤气应实施精脱硫.硫化物分析检测是监测脱硫效果的眼睛,脱硫后的气体是否符合要求由它做出判断.在精脱硫工艺中,传统硫化物检测技术无法满足长期在线分析要求,采用自主研发的在线总硫色谱分析仪方法,测量脱硫前和脱硫后的硫化氢和总硫含量,实现高炉煤气中硫化物实时在线分析,指导工艺生产.
Abstract
The sulfide in blast furnace gas corrodes the pipeline and pollutes the environment when it is discharged.In order to be safe and meet the emission standards of air pollutants,the blast furnace gas should be refined desulphurization.Sulfur analysis and detection is the eye to monitor the effect of desulfurization,and the desulfurization gas meets the requirements by it to make a judg-ment.In the fine desulfurization process,the traditional sulfide detection technology can not meet the requirements of long-term on-line analysis.The self-developed online total sulfur chromatograph method is used to measure the content of hydrogen sulfide and total sulfur before and after desulfurization,so as to realize the real-time online analysis of sulfur in blast furnace gas and guide the process production.
