摘要

通过分析传统工业控制系统的仪表信号所存在的干扰因素,提出了 一种新的电子布线系统接地抗干扰技术.以和利时OCS工业光总线控制系统为例,系统介绍了电子布线系统组成、结构及现场IDTU机箱接地设计等,通过分析,得出电子布线系统具有优于常规DCS系统抗干扰性能.实际案例证明,电子布线系统抗干扰性能良好,具有较大的推广价值.

Abstract

A new grounding anti-interference technology for electronic wiring systems is proposed by analyzing the interference factors that exist in the instrument signals of traditional industrial control systems.Taking the Hollysys OCS industrial optical bus con-trol system as an example,the system introduces the composition,structure,and on-site IDTU chassis grounding design of the elec-tronic wiring system.Through analysis,it is concluded that the electronic wiring system has better anti-interference performance than conventional DCS systems.Practical cases have proven that electronic wiring systems have good anti-interference performance and have great promotion value.
